Are you Open?
We are open year round. Our hours are Monday-Friday 9:00-6:00, Saturday MARKET 9:00-5:00, HARVESTFEST 10:00-5:00, Sundays 11:00-5:00. (We are open on Sunday only during the month of October for our HarvestFest.)
Can I bring my dog?
No - pets are not allowed inside the farm market or Harvest Fest due to the health code regulations we must follow. Dogs are allowed in the lavender garden by the shortcake stand only on leash. You can click the link here for more information about the pet regulations. More Info
Can I go into the Orchard?
No - for the safety of our team and customers we do not allow people to go into the orchard (we do not offer u-pick).
Do you have U-Pick Apples / Fruit?
No. For the safety of our team and customers we do not allow people to go into the orchard. You can buy all of the eating apples that we grow on the farm in the farm market.
Are you wheelchair accessible?
Yes! We are wheelchair accessible in the market, shortcake stand, and for the Harvest Fest. Wheelchairs can go onto hayrides if you call ahead. The pumpkin patch does not have paved paths and we would not recommend most wheelchairs go into the pumpkin patch or corn maze.
What can I buy at the Market?
Everything! We offer seasonal fresh local produce, fruits and vegetable, local meat, PNW packaged goods, specialty gifts, flowers, Christmas trees, wreaths, garlands, pumpkins, cornstalks, and all kinds of things! Even shortcakes and ice cream.
Do I need to call ahead to visit?
No - if we are open you are welcome to visit without calling ahead. (We do not sell tickets for the HarvestFest online.)
What’s in Season right now? What do you have?
Since we are open year round, we try to have fresh seasonal produce available for all the seasons of the year. You can keep up to date on what is in season through our Social Media Facebook , Instagram or our Newsletter. We also carry Kitchen tools/gadgets, specialty packaged goods, seasonal decor, and gifts! When does the Shortcake Stand open and end?
It opens when local strawberry season starts (normally mid-late May depending on the weather.) The stand typically closes around the second week of September. We also bring in peaches and mixed berries for shortcake.
I want to make a Donation Request, where do I do that?
If you would like to make a donation request, please follow the link below and fill out all the details and submit the form. We will review the form and decide whether we would like to make a donation. We cannot garuntee a donation even if the form is filled out as we like to donate to our local community and to organizations that align with our mission.
Do you have donuts right now?
Maybe! We make donuts every day that we are open, but can sometimes sell out in the last hour of the day. We can let you know if we have donuts right now if you call the Market. If you plan on coming at the end of the day, we recommend calling ahead and reserving the donuts. We are happy to reserve donuts!
Do you accept EBT?
Yes, we accept the Oregon Trail EBT Food cards.
Do you accept Farm Direct Nutrition Dollars/Checks?
Yes, we do accept farm direct nutrition dollars for eligible locally grown fruit and vegetables. (Please ask our staff for help identifying which items are local or not.) Farm Direct Nutrition Checks must be used between June 1st - November 30th.
When does your HarvestFest Open?
Our HarvestFest is open during the entire month of October including Sundays. We are normally not open on Halloween. Check out our HarvestFest page for more details. HarvestFest Info
Do you sell your Marionberry Preserves online?
No, we do not sell anything online. You can call the Market and ask to place an order to be shipped. We can ship our Marionberry Preserves and other packaged goods. (We cannot ship fresh produce or donuts.)
Do you have a petting zoo?
Only in October during the HarvestFest.
What flavors of Donuts do you have right now?
We currently have Apple Cider and Pumpkin Donuts available everyday we are open for the rest of Fall.
Do you have Donut Holes?
No, we do not have Donut Holes. Our donuts are a cake style donut and they are made by a donut machine which makes the donuts in their shape, no donut holes.
Is everything you sell Organic?
No, not everything is Organic. If something is Organic it will be marked as Organic. We sell lots of locally grown produce from other Oregon farmers. Some of the local farmers grow organically, but are not organic certified. Our Farm is commercially grown and not organic. We support both commercial and organic growing farmers to promote Oregon agriculture.
We’re visiting from out of town, what else can we do in the area?
If you’re visiting from nearby like -Portland or Eugene- or you’re visiting from out of state. We are located in NE Salem, we are a short drive from downtown Salem, Keizer, and Silverton; each town has something special to offer and visit. Here are some great resources for you to use!
